At Kasimy Trading, we respect your privacy and provide you with the option to request deletion of your Kasimy customer account and associated personal data.

If you would like to delete your account, please contact our customer support team using the contact details below and clearly state that you want to delete your Kasimy account and associated personal data.

Please include the email address or phone number associated with your Kasimy account so that we can identify your account and process your request.

  • What Happens After Your Request

After receiving your request, we will verify the request and process the deletion of your account and eligible associated personal data.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account where applicable, including:

  • Account/profile information
  • Name and contact information
  • Saved addresses
  • Account preferences
  • Other personal information associated with your customer account

Some information may need to be retained where required by law, for legitimate business purposes, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. This may include certain transaction, order, invoice, or payment-related records.

Any information that must be retained will only be kept for the period required for the applicable legal or business requirement and will be deleted or anonymized when that retention period expires.

  • Account Deletion Requests

Account deletion requests can be submitted at any time.

Please allow reasonable time for us to verify and process your request. Once the deletion process has been completed, you will no longer be able to access the deleted Kasimy account.

  • Important Information

Deleting your account does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of information that we are legally required to retain, such as certain transaction, order, invoice, or accounting records. Such information will be retained only as required and handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
