Return Policy
Refund and Exchange Policy:
At Kasimy Trading, we value our customers and offer the option to exchange or return products within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Condition of Products :
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale.
- The original purchase receipt must accompany the return or exchange. Exchanges or returns are allowed for products that do not match the order, have defects, or contain hidden flaws.
Devices and Accessories:
- Devices and accessories must be returned in their original branded boxes and placed inside the shipping parcel box.
Grouped Products:
- Products sold as bundles ( multiple items sold together) cannot be exchanged or refunded individually.
Return Costs :
- For intact products returned without any damage, the customer bears the shipping and delivery costs.
- Manufacturing defects or incorrect products will be returned or exchanged at no shipping cost to the customer.
Refund Methods :
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
- For credit card purchases, refunds will be credited to the same card.
- For cash purchases, refunds will be provided in cash.
- Refunds for promotional items will match the original purchase price.
Approval Process :
- All returns or exchanges are subject to approval by our Customer Service team.
- The team will inspect the product and may reject requests that do not meet the above conditions
Non-Returnable Products :
- Products with signs of misuse, damage, improper operation, exposure to water (if not waterproof), unauthorized repairs, or incompatible accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Opened products without manufacturing defects cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incomplete requests will not be processed.
Processing Timeline :
- Refunds and exchanges are completed within 2 to 14 business days from the date the returned product reaches our store.
- Requests made beyond the specified return/exchange period will not be honored.
